Blue World City NOC

Blue World City Islamabad obtained planning permission from Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). It is under Letter No. 532/10/DC dated 07-08-2018. Initially, around 427 Kanal of land received preliminary planning permission.

Later, an additional application led to Blue World City’s NOC being under processing status by RDA.

NOC Updates of Blue World City

On December 13th,2021, an update on NOC was provided. The District Council issued a letter regarding Blue World City’s NOC. Blue World City Islamabad secured its NOC through Letter No. 532/10/DC dated 07-08-2018 from the district council. It was validated further by RDA post the Local Bodies Ordinance 2021.

It shows resolving jurisdiction conflicts post-signing the 2021 Local Bodies Ordinance. This ordinance mandates District Council approval for residential housing societies. Blue World City received the necessary approval, anticipated to boost plot prices.

While the NOC process is ongoing, the owners have positive hopes for its approval. Acquiring a NOC is a pivotal challenge for housing societies. Meanwhile, Blue World City’s lawfully issued NOC by District Council Rawalpindi offers promising news. RDA’s endorsement through Letter No. RDA/MPTF/F PHS-PTR-10/148 initially cleared 427 Kanal. Later, an extended 5,000 Kanal acquisition was approved.
